Building Canada's first integrated youth sports ecosystem
From a small pilot program in 2017 to Canada's largest multi-sport organization, we're creating a scalable youth sports model that's better for kids and easier families.
In recent years, the youth sports landscape has been defined by early specialization, hyper-competitiveness, and toxic environments. Recognizing the need for change, TOP Sports was founded to create a more balanced approach — one that prioritizes multi-sport development, seasonal set schedules, and high-quality coaching that builds character.
Across our three core sports — hockey, soccer, and lacrosse — we offer a comprehensive player pathway for competitive and recreational athletes with minimal conflicts between sports. At our camps, we provide high-quality programs that build passion for sport and instill lifelong character skills.
What began in 2017 as a small passion project has since evolved into Canada's largest multi-sport organization, engaging thousands of participants annually across four locations: Midtown Toronto, Oakville, York Region, and Whitby.
Our vision is clear: Build a completely integrated youth sports ecosystem. By owning the leagues, tournaments, and player experience, we ensure quality coaching, character development, and strong communities — all while working toward our goal of 10,000+ kids playing by 2030.
Building A Scalable Ecosystem
Building the Ecosystem
By building and operating our own leagues, tournaments, and festivals across all three sports, we eliminate scheduling conflicts and create seamless multi-sport experiences for families.
Building More Access
Our expanding network provides greater access to high-quality programming, ultimately lowering the cost of sports and ensuring all kids have access to great sports programs regardless of their financial situation.
Centralized Resources
Our vertical integration model leverages shared infrastructure, training systems, and operational playbooks that allow us to scale seamlessly across new markets while maintaining consistent quality and reducing overhead costs.
What We Believe In
Our Core Values
- Multi-Sport Development: Our unique multi-sport schedule allows kids to play three sports at recreational or competitive levels with very few conflicts.

- Quality Coaches Who Care: Our professional coaches take pride in building relationships with players and pushing them to reach their full potential, in sport and beyond.
