Modern research illustrates that playing multiple sports is far better for overall athletic development in adolescents, leads to a substantial decrease in mental and physical burnout, and results in fewer overuse injuries. While early specialization can create temporary success, players who continue multi-sport participation through high school tend to stay in sport longer and continue developing well into their teenage years.
Our aim: expose children to a variety of sports at a young age without forcing families to pick one over the others. Over the long term, we focus on maximizing each athlete’s development and keeping doors open — including potential post-secondary sport opportunities.
